Priory Country Park has a wide variety of habitats making it a suitable home for many species.

There are:

• Animals
• Bats
• Birds
• Butterflies
• Dragonflies & Damselflies
• Fish
• Insects

Also there are many varieties of wild flowers in the hedgerows and meadows.

Fungi appear in the damp autumn woods and disappear just as quickly.

You may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of an otter,
 mouse, shrew or one of our rarer birds.

At night the bats, owls, foxes and rabbits come out to play, so why not come and see them.
